Experience in writing one

Writing 1 was a subject in English department. I learned this subject in second semester, and lecturer was Miss Rosi Kumalasari. She could explain the subject clearly, but I did not understand about that. Furthermore, I could understand one by one in writing 1, and when I learned writing 1 there were some experiences that I met and felt. Such as so many homework to make some paragraph, I did not get the point which is explanation by her about the subject, and the one supported by the situation of the class which is friendly.

The first my experiences in writing 1 was some task to make some paragraph. I did not understand about that. However my lecturer gave me homework to make me better. The lesson which I did not understand were how to make narrative paragraph, cause-effect, chronological order, and comparison-contras. I thought that material very difficult and make me lazy. When my lecturer gave me material about narrative paragraph, cause-effect, chronological order, and comparison-contras. I confused and it made me bore and lazy to study writing 1, because I did not understand about clarification of the subject.

The second my experiences was I did not understand with the explanation from my lecturer about the clarification of the subject. Sometimes, I got confused and unclear with it. This situation made me lazy to learn about subject writing 1. Actually my lecturer had taught and explained about this subject. But, I still felt confused about that.

Final experience was supported by the situation of the class which was not friendly. On the other word was my class could be stiffness. It was caused by my lecturer who taught was very discipline, smart and good attitude. So, I felt afraid with her and this subject. She was teaching very good and sometimes she had ever mad with my class because we did not make exercise, task, and homework. But after that she was never again angry to may class. Moreover, I felt happy when learning with her. Thanks to Allah, I got good mark from my lecturer.

As a result, my experience was I did not understand how to make narrative paragraph, cause-effect, chronological order, comparison-contras, etc. I got confused and unclear explanation from my lecturer about clarification of this subject. In addition the situation in the class which is not friendly, taught my lecturer is very discipline, smart, and good attitude. So I felt afraid with her and this subject. But finally I got good mark in writing test.

Tradition of wedding party in Jambi

Wedding is a step while the people can be a soulmate. Some hometowns have differences in process of wedding party. Muara bungo is one of regencies in Jambi province. Muara bungo have tradition of wedding party. This is tradition process wedding party in Muara bungo.

Prior to application events are held, usually there will be a messenger of the men, who will ask, or silahturahmi to her family. The enjoy will seek to know, whether the woman was already there that apply. After that, it will be made process on application. Application usually attend “ Tuo-tuo tengganai “ from both sides of the family. At the time of application, the family males will carry the customary requirements, including:

The conclusion I think that is all my explanation about tradition wedding party in Muara bungo, Jambi. It is very special wedding party because has differences with wedding party in other regencies. I can not forget Muara bungo, Jambi as my hometown forever. I love my hometown.^o^v

MY HOMETOWN

Muara bungo is my hometown. Muara bungo is one of some regencies in Jambi province. Now Muara bungo has symbol “ LANGKAH SERENTAK LAMBAI SEAYUN”. On the other word although we have differences but we are always together in our life. The regent is H.Sudirman Zaini and agent is H.Masyuri SP.ME. This regency has so many special place; cuisine and food my hometown, tourism spot, and society in Muara bungo.

The first is cuisine and food in there is delicious for examples; gulai tempoyak, pisang sale, keripik nanas, sambal ambacang and tempoyak asam pedas. They are spesial food from my hometown, because other town does not have those. Everyone who comes to my hometown always buys that foods. It is all because the foods have delicious tastes and fat. all of the reasons why the food in my hometown is special.

The second is tourism spot. Muara bungo has many tourism spot for examples Taman Pusparagam, Semagi Water Park,Pulau Cinto, Telago Buto, Dam Semagi, Jembatan Tanjung menanti, Waterfall Tegan Kiri, Gua Alam, Batu Tapan Semilan, Taman Alam Sari, Sumber Air Panas, and Bungo Bangkai. Those are the special places for relaxing your mind and your body.

The third is society characteristics. Society in Muara bungo has some many characteristics that are very confidential, good attitude, friendly, welcome, lovely, charismatic and charitably. Beside, in there society has a overflow which generous among them sector horticulture that support by caret, oil palm and sector iron coal. It is all about society characteristics my hometown.

As a result, my hometown is a village in which has many memorize in my life until now, and my hometown’s food are very delicious and there are  many people in other villages likes it. And the last the society of people in Muara bungo are peaces and polite behavior. I can not forget my hometown forever.

UPIK ABU

 There was a beautiful girl named Upik Abu. She lived with a wicked stepmother and her two stepsisters. The stepmother was Jumiati and stepsisters were Ratih and Susan. They treated Upik Abu very badly and did not appreciate her near from her home. There was a king palace which was so beautiful and there would be held a big party. Her stepmother and her stepsisters were invited to attend the party. However, they did not allow her to went to the party. She ordered to see the dress party that would be worn by her mother and sisters. While, Upik Abu did not have time to see her dress. Her mother and her sisters went to the party and left Upik Abu alone at home. The story Upik Abu explained the she was felt very so sad, she entered the palace and prince Bobby was felling in love with Upik Abu.

Upik Abu felt very sad and cried. Between her tears, suddenly a fairy godmother appeared and said, ”Do not cry, I can send you to the ball now”, but Upik Abu kept crying and looked so sad. She said, “ I do not have a dress to wear in the ball”. The fairy godmother of course would not be worry and waved wand to trash from the “Upik Abu” old clothes into the new dress which was very beautiful. Furthermore, that fairy godmother touched Upik Abu foot with the wand and suddenly Upik Abu had beautiful glass slipper. Upik Abu was shocked and said,“ wow, thanks you, but how I could go to the ball?” fairy godmother then went into the kitchen and saw four rats. She turned it into golden four horses and into a beautiful buggy. Before leaving home, the fairy godmother said “ Upik Abu, you  have to go home at middle of the night, because this magic will work only until midnight!

“ When Upik Abu entered the palace, everyone was sturned by her beautiful face. In fact, no one recognized her because she was so different. Upik Abu was so pretty with the dress, crown and the glass slipper. A handsome prince also saw Upik Abu and he fell in love. He met Upik Abu  and asked, “ Do you want to dance ?” and she said “ yes, I want to dance during the night and she was so happy at that night. She forget  the fairy godmother warning that she should go home in the middle of the night. At the last moment, Upik Abu remembered her promise to the fairy godmother and went home. “I will must went”, she said. She ran quickly and one of her crown left but the did not came back to pick it up. Upik Abu arrived home a few minutes later. When she arrived, the duck in twelve. The horses and the buggy back into previous shape and she did not wear the glass slipper, crown and the beautiful dress anymore. After that, her stepmother and stepsisters came home and talked about beautiful woman who danced with the prince “Bobby”. They identity of the woman who suddenly appeared.

In the palace, prince Bobby kept thinking about Upik Abu and he felling in love. Prince wanted to found out the identity of the girl, but he even did not know her name prince had only found the crown, and he said,” I will find her, and I will marry the woman whose head bits into this crown!”

In the next day, the prince and his bodyguards went to all the exciting home. They wanted to find a woman whose head matched with the size of the crown. Upik Abu stepsisters also tried the crown, but their head do not match. When Upik Abu wanted to tried, her stepmother prevented and forbidden her. However, the prince said,” let her trying!” when Upik Abu were a crown, she had a perfect leg for the crown. The prince then recognized her and he was convinced that she was a woman who dance with him at the dance. Prince Bobby  married Upik Abu  and they lived happily.

How should wife be at home?

Woman is one of part of our life. The position of a wife in Islam is a noble position. The existence of a woman as a wife and as a mother in a family environment has a very important meaning, even to say his wife was a pillar that upholds family life. There are several reason how should wife be at home.

Firstly was obedience to the husband in the case, and the case is not in order immoral to God. This obedient because a husband is a leader in the household. A mother must maintain the property for husband and also honor her husband. Besides, it condition a wife must keep the house and it is content. A wife have to live next door to the well as representative of the husband. A wife must be ready to receive guests if no one came.

Secondly was doing homework as a housewife as well as cooking, washing, cleaning the house and so on. A woman should can to be good housewife. A woman should can to take care all of the housework properly, because when a woman has officially become a wife, it means she is ready wit all her duties. Such as taking care of the house, taking care of her husband and her children.

Finally was set the time as good as possible. So by setting this time all the job done on time, maintain the cleanliness and orderliness in the house so it always looks neat and clean until it causes something nice for her husband's views and make baby feel at home in the house.

 So, I think how to should be wife at home is obedience to the husband, doing homework as a housewife and the time as good possible. We must choose whether we will be a good mother for us our husband and our children or will be a carrier woman that always the her responsible at home. I was a good wife and I love mom.
